Thanks Sonia, you made us proud !

Sonia Gandhi ! Perhaps no one has misused her/ his power and inability of the Congress- the grand old party of India, like this Rajiv's wife. At first, she established Manmohan Singh as Prime Minister when a coalition government was warranted. By that she posed herself as a great woman and a Tyagi. But, her real face came out when she assumed chairman as all the key committess and councils. She has become Super Prime Minister and mercelessly throwed the dignity of the highest position of the parliament. She put entire state in constitutional danger. Unfortunately, those who were claiming as the savier of the democracy have kept mum on the moves of Sonia Gandhi.

Secon scene of the drama has now began. It seems, she is trying to become 'Super President' by installing a person loyal to her. Believe it, She was not at all interested in nominating a person either is loyal to Congress or loyal to Gandhi-Nehru family. It is clear when we saw the Congress' move on the selection of the presidential candidate. Congress Party's search for the high office was limited to names of those loyal to Sonia Gandhi. Notably, she turned down the name of Pranab Mukherjee in the beginning itself, pehaps on the grounds that he may not shake his head on her guidance. Mukherjee's loyalty to Congress is unquestionable. But she wanted to see her loyale as President after July 24.

Finally, it's Pratibha Patil, the UPA-Left front nominee. If we go by today's situation, she is the frontrunner. And we can see her as first woman as President of India, if no miracle takes place in coming days. The choise of a party worker loyal to one political leader is an unmitigated constitutional risk. Dear friends our country is in danger. Wake up. One constitutional office - Rashtrapathi Bhavan, risks subordination to one person and othe other other confidential office PMO has already turned anaemic. Manmohan Singh is not the choice of people, he is a default Prime Minister who did not contested Lok Sabha election even to ensure people have faith on him. He again chose Rajya Sabha-where his victory was ensured !

Obviously, APJ Abdul Kalam was the first choice of the people. Take any media poll or survey, Kalam has got more than 80 percent votes. But neither Congress / UPA nor Sonia Gandhi have answered for the question -Why not Kalam ? It is clear because, Sonia Gandhi wants to hold two top constitutional chairs unconstitutionally. Thanks Sonia, you made all the Indian's to feel pround for voting Congress to the power in 2004 ! But remember, India or its democracy is not a puppet. You can't play with it as you wish. We have our say and are waiting for coming election. See you there.
