Still raining...because...it is Mungaru Male

Why do I feel today that you are only mine.... the beautiful line is translated from Kannada song ...Anisutide yako indu neenene nannavalendu....from Mungaru Male. Mungaru Male means Monsoon rain. It is still raining even after 132 days in 108 screens acrooss the state. If you want to see a different world famous Jog falls, then you have to watch this movie. It is wonder full.

There has been a perception among cine-lovers that Kannada movies have, of late, become nothing but a heady mix of obscenity and crime. No longer is Sandalwood ruled by films that uphold family values, social values or spiritual values. Even the producers and directors rely on 'flesh and blood' for the success of their movies. As said by someone, nothing sells better that flesh and blood in today's world.

But Mungaru Male' (Monsoon Showers) has really ushered in a new hope not only among the Kannada cine-lovers but even in the Kannada film industry.Except Anant Nag, all faces are new to the big screen. But the melodious songs and creativity of the director Yogaraj Bhat have created kind of magic. Moreover, most of the scenes have been shot in the monsoon rain in and around picturesque Sakleshpur in Hassan and in Kodagu district.

Thanks to the movie makers....

Lets have more such movies... because it is not just a film but a visual poetry

Paint the tainted

It's shocking ! A large number of tainted candidates are contesting election for Uttar Pradesh Elections. I wonder, how a Chief Minister can admit the truth. But Mulayam Singh did so. Perhaps he is the only UP leader to admit that their party has fielded muscle-men. Astonishingly, Mulayam also asked the voters to pardon 'criminal candidates' and send them to Assembly. Isn't it a shame for us ? Unfortunately, no other party has showed the guts to admit their mistake. But, at the same time, Mulayam should not be excused for merely admitting the mistake.

Because it is not just a mistake, but a great sin, I feel so. If you differ in my opinion...it is left to you. Friends, it is high time to think and teach lessons to the politicos. Dont we get 400 free and fair candidates in UP or 500 plus candidates in India after having 100 crore population. It is time to wake up and announce a war against this attitude. We dont want such candidates to rule such a big huge and upcoming super power. Dear Kalamji....your dream of super power are ruining under your own rule. Please do something to save the country from the hands of these corrupt and criminal candidates. We are with you.
